    I do "treat yo self" not everyday but almost everyday I like to do simple things that I enjoy. Sometimes it involves buying something but sometimes it’s just as simple as taking a nice bath, watching a movie, painting, painting my nails, etc.

    I have a problem and its that I change what I want in life so frequently depending on how I’m feeling. I could be wanting to go to a certain place and study a subject there, the next week I’m not really feeling it, and I will start to think of something else that I want to do. So my goals are fluid and change, I think this is because I’m depressed. I don’t really know what to do about it.

    This video was very helpful. I think im going to make the goals poster. I always talk about how grateful i am with certain things and i have noticed that a lot of good things happen to me. It is so so so important to stay positive. Our mind is our worst enemy.

    I like the vision board one I really want to try that. And I don’t know if this is self care but I wrote two letters to my self this year one for the first six months of 2018 and one for the end of 2018 to see how far I’ve come.
