I’ve read 2-3 self help books and i found them boring, repetitive and just plain common sense that could be written in just a piece of paper. Ask ANY ultra successful person about self help/motivational books and they’ll probably laugh. The “secret” is just take massive action! 99% are obsessed with working. But a single line wouldn’t sell lol. Great video my friend, have an awesome day!

Yep, all this ‘learning’ can def. be procrastination! I reckon we usually know what we need to know but don’t like the discomfort of taking action. You can spend years of your life working on your goals without ACTUALLY working on your goals. Time/money might be better directed to the tasks at hand. But they’re just so tempting! lol.

In this animation, I would like to bring an action against the self-help industry and especially the self-help books.
As you might know, most of the self-help best-seller books are actually not written by real successful people. What is worse, they are harmful because their books preach us not to accept ourselves but to transform into someone else if we want to become successful.
Self-help book cannot make you happy, rich or whatsoever.
I think we shouldn’t throw away own style just for the instant success.
That success is not a real success.
Everybody is different and life is so diverse and the world is so complex.
That’s the interesting thing in our life, which is full of wonder.
Hopefully, this little video can lead you to stopping yourself and examining your life on your own. 😉

    Self improvement lies:
    1. Listen to your heart.
    2. Do not consider the consequences.
    3. Wake up early.
    4. Have a cold shower.
    5. Be positive about everything.
    6. There are toxic people in the world and you should avoid them.
    7. Everybody has the same potential.
    8. Be brave and set nearly unreachable goals.
    9. The law of attraction.
    10. Follow idiot and pointless routines, like writing your goals to a paper.

If you aware this lies and read the books with critical thinking, you can achieve great results.

    1) The reason is repetitive and not authentic
    2) There is a danger of true-self rejection
    3) They say we should adapt to society
    4) They act like a catalyst for procrastination.
    5) They only preach positive thinking
