    its nice of you to share a video like this Emma. anxiety does really suck and i would not wish it on anyone. but the ways i use to calm my anxiety are.

    1.Have a Coffee, Tea or Water

    2. Calling a friend works sometimes

    2.Listen to some of my fave songs.

    3.Go find a nice peaceful place to go. i like to sit under trees.

    I find with my Anxiety and people i know is. that it gets worse when u have lack of sleep also if u have alot of stuff on your mind. Write a list as that may help u.

    Awesome video bud! I respect people so much that create videos to help others. I had a bad case of social anxiety and promised myself to help others later on in life. Happy to say that is happening right now! Keep up that amazing work Emma. Thank you so much for sharing 🙂

    I have a lot to say about this.
    I have SAD and PAD, and my school has actually kicked me out and said “we are ‘under staffed’ and are unable to help you” and the reason they did it was because I had a violent panic attack. They forced me into a wheel-chair and went down a hallway full of people, treating me like a psycho. Long story short, that event was traumatic. I have now been out of school for a month and a half, and working with my grandma to see if I can do online schooling. During my time away from classes I have been on multiple medications and they are doing nothing to help. I don’t know when my hell will end, but I know that if I keep going, it will get better. I’ve been looking to people like you for something to grab on to, to have someone who I can relate to. Every day I wake up, and sometime during the day, my family will decide to eat at some sort of restaurant, which for me isn’t very enjoyable.
    My grandma tells me that my situation is mild compared to other people who have a disability worse than mine. And I hate it when she says that because her being the bold relentless person she is, won’t ever know the horror and fear I have to suck up every day. She even tells me “when you shake your hands, people think you’re retarded” (when she says retarded she’s referring to autistic people) and I feel like an embarrassment. I need to move my hands, and make them twitch, and stroke the end of the table, because if I don’t, I would explode into an attack. At the end of the day, I’m glad that you made this video, because anxiety is hard to manage. It’s nice to go to someone who gets me.
